Home Care Preferred is much more than a care agency. Our premises include offices and a private meeting room where clients or their families can come and find out more about our services. In addition a Home Care Preferred shop is a place where clients can receive advice on a catalogue of over 6,000 Daily Living Equipment items. Anything ordered that is not in stock can typically be delivered to your home within two days from the time of order.
A comprehensive selection of products is designed to promote better independence, personal comfort and safety both in and around the home.
We supply everything from rise & recline chairs, chair lifts and specialised beds to smaller items such as cutlery and pill boxes. We also supply outdoor equipment including wheelchairs and mobility equipment. Many of these products can be demonstrated in your own home by specialist advisers.
Installation of products by a professional workforce is part of our service and includes smaller items, like a single grab rail to a complete bathroom adaptation.
Home Care Preferred also provides a sign posting service and we can provide details of: Solicitors who specialise in Power of Attorney’s; Financial Advisors qualified to provide care fee planning advice; Physiotherapists; Occupational therapists and many more.
Our team are available to provide friendly advice, on various matters that relate to our customers remaining independent and happy at home.
