Home Care Preferred are delighted to announce that one our Team Members, Mr Naz Sen, has been nominated for a prestigious award. Laing Buisson have shortlisted our Team Leader for the ‘Rising Star of the Year 2017’ and we couldn’t be prouder. The Laing Buisson Awards are ‘the Oscar’s of the health and social care sector’ and are in their 12th year of recognising excellence. The awards are judged independently and objectively and have a real focus on the people providing the care as well as their advisers. At Home Care Preferred we appreciate the hard work that our team members put in to ensure we are an award-winning business with our client’s happiness and well-being at its heart. While we are first and foremost colleagues, we are proud to have developed a ‘family’ ethos and we love to socialise as a team outside of work. With summer upon us (and the sun actually shining) it seemed only right to thank our team, friends, family and business associates for their hard-work and on-going support with a summer shin-dig – so that’s what we did! Five years ago today I started Home Care Preferred and at the time we had only 3 people at the office and a few care staff. We have grown to a company employing over a 100 people and serving the same amount of clients. The success of the business is due largely to the dedication of the team and the high levels of support our team members provide to our clients. I am proud of our team and thank them for all their hard work and loyalty to the company. We have exciting times ahead with the recent launch of our franchise business led by Navaniita Dhar. We are also planning to launch HCP Social Enterprise in the near future....

Sue Peck is familiar with dementia having cared for her own Dad as well as many clients at Home Care Preferred. She recently raised money for Alzheimer’s Society in a fundraising run. Everyone at Home Care Preferred is very proud of Sue and her committment to help find a cure for dementia.
