At Home Care Preferred, we pride ourselves on our team and the quality of care they provide. We strongly believe that it takes a particular personality and special set of traits to become a good Support Assistant, and that is what we look for every time we recruit a new member of our home care family. At Home Care Preferred we appreciate the hard work that our team members put in to ensure we are an award-winning business with our client’s happiness and well-being at its heart. While we are first and foremost colleagues, we are proud to have developed a ‘family’ ethos and we love to socialise as a team outside of work. We’re delighted that Home Care Preferred is growing at an impressive rate with a substantial number of new clients joining us month on month. Five years ago today I started Home Care Preferred and at the time we had only 3 people at the office and a few care staff. We have grown to a company employing over a 100 people and serving the same amount of clients. The success of the business is due largely to the dedication of the team and the high levels of support our team members provide to our clients. I am proud of our team and thank them for all their hard work and loyalty to the company. We have exciting times ahead with the recent launch of our franchise business led by Navaniita Dhar. We are also planning to launch HCP Social Enterprise in the near future....
