The role requires the ability to develop positive relationships with clients, their families and of course the Home Care Preferred team.. This requires a good understanding of client needs and an assuring and friendly telephone manner.
The community relations manager is an important face of the company and is required to develop good links with the local community including health care professionals, local businesses and members of the neighbourhood.
Some of the work will involve being out in the community so it is essential to drive and ideally have use of a car.
