Full time Early-Late alternate week shift pattern

Home Care Preferred Barnet provides care and support in client’s homes. We are looking for people to join our compassionate team of caregivers. We believe in enhancing the opportunity to receive excellent quality care, and provide support to adults above the age of 18 within our community. Home Care Preferred Barnet provides tailor-made services to meet the needs of each of our clients.

The ideal applicants will be of a caring nature, highly motivated, passionate and committed to providing quality care. We are seeking reliable and honest individuals who have the ability to treat others with dignity and respect.

We are currently looking to recruit 2 permanent care givers who will work alternate weekly shifts from 07.00 to 14.00 and 14.00 to 22.00.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Engage in companionship
Arrange appointments
Escort service to healthcare and social appointments
Light housekeeping tasks
Meal preparation
Medication support
Encourage and support with personal care including incontinence issues in a way that is respectful and promotes individual needs and rights.
Complete client reports

Home Care Preferred Barnet offers competitive hourly rates, travel allowance, full induction and training and the opportunity to grow within an exciting company. All applicants will be required to complete a DBS (disclosure and barring service) and must have good references.
