All of our team are employed directly by Home Care Preferred Barnet. We take great effort to match the right support assistant with each client. We look at the individual requirements of each person and match them to a team member who has the appropriate skills and the most suitable personality.

All our team are carefully vetted and subject to UK Enhanced DBS (Disclosure Barring Service)  checks.  This is a government database holding details of anyone with a criminal record. We also obtain at least two references before anyone starts working for Home  Care Preferred.
