Memory Lane Café and Carers Club
A self-funding club offering fun and laughter for anyone suffering with Alzheimer’s or Dementia. They provide tea, coffee, cakes, snacks, entertainment, games and support for carers.
Every Friday 10.30am – 1.30pm
St Monica’s Parish Social Club

Singing for the brain
Singing group where you can meet new people in a friendly, fun and social environment. These groups are based around the principles of music therapy, which include vocal warm-ups and singing a huge range of familiar old and new songs for everyone’s tastes

Has over 60 classes and activities for anyone over the age of 50. They also have an on-site hair salon!
