Team Leader Naz Sen Nominated for Prestigious Award

Home Care Preferred are delighted to announce that one our Team Members, Mr Naz Sen, has been nominated for a prestigious award. Laing Buisson have shortlisted our Team Leader for the ‘Rising Star of the Year 2017’ and we couldn’t be prouder.

The Laing Buisson Awards are ‘the Oscar’s of the health and social care sector’ and are in their 12th year of recognising excellence. The awards are judged independently and objectively and have a real focus on the people providing the care as well as their advisers.

The awards attract a huge amount of nominations making it an enormous achievement to be shortlisted, and we hope you will join us in wishing Naz the best of luck in the finals that will take place on 15th of November at the impressive Park Plaza, Westminster Bridge.

Whatever the final outcome Naz is an out and out winner in our eyes and this recognition could not be more deserved, since starting with Home Care Preferred over two years ago he has dedicated himself tirelessly and passionately to Home Care Preferred and our clients. Naz is an extremely intelligent young man who goes above and beyond to ensure that we are delivering the best support possible to our clients, and is also full of innovative and positive ideas to improve Home Care Preferred’s operations. His potential was obvious from the start when Naz joined Home Care Preferred after graduating from University in 2015 – where he started off as an Office Assistant – he was quickly promoted to Team Leader and we see a very bright future for him at Home Care Preferred.
