As a community relations manager with Home Care Preferred you will experience the special privilege of developing quality and rewarding relationships with your clients and colleagues.  You will be one of the key team members in our busy office and will be responsible for the sales, marketing and networking at Home Care Preferred.

An enthusiastic approach is required along with a warm personality and the ability to engage with people from all walks of lives.

Our community relations manager is the first point of contact when people make enquiries to Home Care Preferred and therefore must be a great ambassador for the company. The post involves ensuring the agency achieves financial sales targets and selling in a consultative way.

Excellent organisational and good IT skills are essential to make sure that a structured approach is followed.

The role requires the ability to develop positive relationships with clients, their families and of course the Home Care Preferred team.. This requires a good understanding of client needs and an assuring and friendly telephone manner.

The community relations manager is an important face of the company and is required to develop good links with the local community including health care professionals, local businesses and members of the neighbourhood.

Some of the work will involve being out in the community so it is essential to drive and ideally have use of a car.
